Disaster Relief Assistance

For natural disaster situations

OnStar Crisis Assist services are available to current eligible owners impacted by natural disasters for a limited time.1 By pushing the blue OnStar button, or calling toll-free at 1 (888) 466-7827, specially trained OnStar Advisors can provide you access to emergency services, special routing assistance and data for the available in-vehicle Wi-Fi® Hotspot2 for 30 days to help you stay connected on the go.

OnStar Advisors are ready to help 24/7 during this great time of need with:
·       Coordinating emergency rescue and evacuation services

·       Routing away from danger

·       Directions to available resources like food, water, fuel, shelter and hotel rooms

·       Handling “Good Samaritan” calls to help others impacted

·       Adding data for the available in-vehicle Wi-Fi Hotspot2 (data plans provided by AT&T)

We understand that some customers may still be experiencing financial hardship because of the recent natural disasters. If so, please contact us at 1-877-2CF-LUXE to discuss options regarding your account.

You can view your statement online in MyAccount or in the Cadillac Financial mobile app. Or, you can enroll in paperless billing to receive statement notifications via email. If you need to find out your due date or the amount owed, message us in MyAccount or call us at 1-877-2CF-LUXE.

You can pay your bill through:

  • MyAccount: Pay online or on the Cadillac Financial mobile app. Paying online with a bank account is free, but debit payments may have a fee.1 You can also set up recurring payments in MyAccount.
  • Phone: Call our Concierge team to pay by phone. Phone payments may require a fee.1
  • Mail: You can send a check or money order via mail to pay your bill. View our mail FAQ for the correct address.

Please note that we don’t accept in-person payments at Cadillac Financial locations.

  • Message us from the Cadillac Financial mobile app - Download our mobile app from the Apple Store® or Google Play™ store and manage your account or message us just as you would in MyAccount.

If your vehicle has been damaged by a natural disaster, please keep your account current and contact your insurance company to begin the claims process. If your vehicle has been deemed a total loss, please call 1-877-203-5536.

If your current address has recently changed, you can update that information online in MyAccount or in the Cadillac Financial mobile app. You can also enroll in paperless billing to ensure you have access to your billing information wherever you are. You can also call us at 1-877-2CF-LUXE.
